Founded in 1987, Sintbush India Pvt. Ltd. was established by Mr. Sambasivan Narayanan. It was under his guidance and mentorship that Sintbush India soon became a leading manufacturer of high precision quality powder metal parts.

With a monthly production capacity of 10 million parts, our ferrous and non-ferrous products cater to Automobile, Farm Equipment Sector, Home Appliance, Business Machine and Electrical Equipment industries.

As a manufacturer and exporter of sintered metal parts, our range of on-site production capabilities include:

• Compaction presses ranging in size from 2 to 100 tonne.
• Sintering furnaces with temperature up to 1150° with complete SCADA control.
• Sizing presses ranging in size from 5 ton to 75 tonne.
• Copper infiltration, sinter hardening, high temperature sintering.
• Oil and resin impregnation, vibratory finishing, steam treatment, tumbling, deburring, plating and assembly operations.
• In-house tool and die shop and machining centers for efficient support of manufacturing of tooling and machining of sintered components.
